OUR PHILOSOPHY
We constantly refer back to these pillars when traveling on the path of our 6 ‘infinity’ stages .

LEADERSHIP CULTURE - Imagine a culture that is inspired, focussed, driven, motivated. Imagine a culture where strategy and good values are seamlessly integrated at all levels. Imagine a leadership that gives direction and follows through, whilst empowering and growing people along the journey. What ‘good looks like’ is possible to imagine and achieve in the emerging new world. Mindset, collaboration, exploration and experimentation turned into solid execution, through a better blueprint for change, will result in a leadership culture in the world, for good.
AWARENESS – While awareness is both a skill and an element of an ideal mindset, it deserves special attention in and of itself. Learning through awareness is not only a personal skill, it has the potential to be a collective skill. With deep attention to awareness, we can learn such things as what is trying to happen, and the skills and talents of others, archetypal patterns that can be built upon, and where the hidden nemesis is in the room. An aware team is far more powerful than the sum of it’s individual parts.
ACTIVATION – The moment when learning transitions into willing and committed action. A good example is when completing a book on fitness you are not actually fit - only just knowledgeable about how to become fit. Activation is when you set in motion the actions to get fit by willingly committing to a schedule of physical exercises. Activation is not necessarily a single action by an individual. In business both leadership and teamship need to be effectively co joined for delivery of change to be successful. Activation can also be described as a sense of readiness to initiate the act of setting something in motion. An activated team seeks to willingly discover, identify and commit to triggering energy on all levels for everyone involved.
MINDSET – The right mindset not only learns, but learns how to learn. How we approach a problem set or design challenge is just as critical as the skills we bring to the task. Yet a mindset cannot be put on and taken off as the situation dictates. As we have seen with Agile and other new processes, it must also be accepted as a whole concept, and not picked through to find preferred aspects. We foster and facilitate a deep leadership mindset so that every problem and experience is approached with a learned attitude and the confidence to apply it in any life or work environment.
ORIGINAL THOUGHT - The capacity to tap into more than a rearrangement of previous ideas. This is where the truly different future comes from. It is a process that artists and other creative individuals regularly access, even if they cannot express how they do it. New processes can allow participants to tap into the three brains (greater mind, heart and gut) and the unseen yet ever-present stream of “what wants to happen next” to bring forth new ideas and harness them.
MEANINGFUL PROGRESS – At each stage of our work we write and rewrite our methods and process for “simple elegance.” By extracting patterns found through discovery, experimentation, and testing, we uncover meaning, the good answers that resonate and attract loyalty. Progress through a creative process that has goodness and mindfulness within it will build passion and purpose into everything, making the work environment a richer place to be, with a brilliant story, for good.
BETTER HUMAN - The skills and values of the next era of work, business and life itself are vastly different from anything we have collectively needed before. The better human needs development and mastery to new levels of goodness, mindfulness, expanding to foreign horizons, designing & experimenting without fear of results, thinking multiple iterations ahead of what is known, and bringing story and values to transformational concepts like big data, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
