Robert Ellis

 

Robert is a program director delivering major change programs around the globe. Early careers as a Police officer in central London for 3 years followed by 4 years as an officer in the Parachute Regiment laid the foundation for entering his 25+ years in business change - living and working in UK, Hong Kong, Bermuda, Switzerland, France, USA and Canada.

 

Based in Canada, Robert is a founding partner of Meaningful Mindset, an international company that facilitates major corporations as they transform the future. Initiating real change within large and complex programs, he brings a visionary perspective to bottom line solutions.

 

Experiencing the commonality of leadership across many different genres, Robert has developed a unique leadership understanding from the perspective of awareness, activation, character and emotion through to engagement, motivation, collaboration and culture change.

 

Clients have included Fidelity International, Castrol Oil, American International, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking group, AXA, Aviva, Transamerica Corporation, BBC, Ball Aerospace, Marks & Spencer, Unilever, Rank Organisation and Alberta Investment Management Corporation.

Based in London, he is a founding partner of Meaningful Mindset, an international company that facilitates major corporations as they transform the future. Initiating real change within large and complex programs, he brings a visionary perspective to bottom line solutions.

 

Known as simply “Fais” to his friends, he believes that in order to create real breakthroughs and drive change forward, you have to BE the change, lead from the front, and keep trying until you succeed. He loves to turn mindset, collaboration, exploration and experimentation into solid execution.

John Corrigan

 

John Corrigan an expert in helping individuals to bring their whole of mind to their daily life and increase their effectiveness and the effectiveness of those around them.

This expertise scales from the individual to the team to the organisation.

Developed from the premise that education no longer prepares us to live well in the modern world, how DO we live well?  First, shift our attention to rewire our brains. Second, focus on the well-being of others.  Third, organise how we lead teams so as to empower and transform.

 

John’s first degree is in Mathematics and he has an MBA from INSEAD.  He has been an officer in the Parachute Regiment and a wireline logging engineer (taking measurements in drilled oil and gas wells) in various parts of the world, before entering the corporate sector via strategy consulting and corporate planning.

 

John’s interest evolved into change management in organisations where the employee-client relationship forms a major part of the value produced including leading the turnaround in a major professional firm.

John has had a strong interest in how education has shaped our capacity to engage effectively with the world around us and set up Group 8 Education in 2003 to help in the transformation of our education systems.
