REVEAL
Stage One: REVEAL, we offer 4 modules that help the individual to discover things about who they are - things not normally looked at in business or in life. Things about how to create a SAFE environment through good values, how to EXPLORE/ DISCOVER real capability & potential, undiscovered aptitudes, and ways to reveal and consider outdated thinking. We uncover essence, purpose, leadership capability, innate creativity, and an awareness of the deeper self and soul. We guide and uncover through asking BETTER QUESTIONS that help the individual discover the real problems and their root cause, with awareness of BUY IN, ‘out there’ and ‘in here’.
LEARN
Stage Two: LEARN, we offer 5 modules of teaching. We start with THINK HOW TO THINK, shifting the perspective on where great thoughts and ideas come from and how to tap into them. Great concepts have been taught for thousands of years, we just need to re-find the MAPS, of how to build a big picture, a new CULTURE, instill self belief, commitment and good-values based thinking. We explore the concept of REAL INNOVATION, failure alongside success, patterns alongside design, unlearn alongside flow. We naturally know when we have learned enough to change something essential, and we want you to see it through a new mindset.
DESIGN
Stage Three: In DESIGN, we offer 5 modules of our own structured theory. We untangle COMPLEXITY and how to work through it, we challenge and STRETCH the mind, and EXPAND an individual’s thinking. We also advise on modelling a POSITIVE STRUCTURE and process so that the individual can bring to life their ideas and intentions. This is in the safe environment of the ‘cell’, one which facilitates curiosity whilst having fun through play.
CHANGE
DELIVERY
Stage Five: In DELIVERY, we offer 4 modules that guide and mentor you during the actual execution of the ‘Cell’. LEADERSHIP approach and effective capability are put to the test through experiments. The individual and collective mindset is instilled in TEAM through working with camaraderie and confidence. This is a cyclic process which looks to get to SATISFACTORY ANSWERS that are measurable as proof and inspiring enough to be shareworthy. We push to the EDGE to get new thinking and unique innovation working so we can begin to observe and experience an evolved story of a changing mindset.
RE-PLAY
Stage Six: In RE-PLAY, we offer 5 modules that pull you out to witness what you have done and how you have done it as a form of SELF ASSESSMENT. We go slow, taking full advantage of this pause to jointly review and reflect. We look at OUTPUTS and turn them into better problems and better answers. We also look at OUTCOMES that describe the journey and perceive unique patterns, allowing you to capture the design elements you want to keep, and discard those that you want to remove. This allows you to be cognizant of the feedback loop itself as well as DEVELOP THE NEXT ROUND with a new leadership culture awareness. By re-playing better, we avoid leaving something essential behind whilst ensuring we make meaningful progress and can write a better story.
