In the first instance, we like to explore and understand your culture and the current challenges within it. This is usually a Question and Answer session where you can see how Better Questions can reveal your current mindset in the culture you operate within. This is not meant to be judgemental, but an honest exploration of what is happening and what you want to be. Open questions that lead to open dialogue.
Better Questions:
If these questions resonate with you and the culture within your organisation, we then explore further with you to uncover what we call Better Problems and Better Answers. This can be in the form of a workshop.
Meaningful workshop:
A half day or a full day depending on how much you want to get out of it. We also introduce our 7 pillars of meaningful innovation and our 6 stages of development, which opens up possibilities for you on what could be possible if you really want to change your mindset, for good.
And depending on your appetite to change your mindset, we offer a richer, deeper experience which takes you through our full Meaningful Mindset Curriculum.
Meaningful Mindset Curriculum:
This combines classroom seminars/lectures with activities and retreats that stimulate the brain and create the right environment for growing mindset change. The curriculum is spread over 6 months with 3 periods (basically one every 2 months) each of 5 days (Curriculum 1,2 and 3). The curriculum is delivered through our 6 stages, of development, REVEAL, LEARN, DESIGN, CHANGE, DELIVERY and RE-PLAY. These stages have 28 modules that form part of a repeatable process that reinforces a journey of mindset change and meaningful innovation. For those who wish to follow an accelerated path Curriculum 3 alone may be appropriate for those advanced in their leadership awareness and capability (subject to mutual agreement).
Our engagement model is as flexible as you desire it to be. It's not about pushing theory into you, but it's about asking smart questions that lead to a desire for change. It's about going on a journey, together, making a difference to you and the environment you operate in. It's about delivering benefits to your organisation but going about it in a completely different way.
And finally, it's about writing a completely different story, a story that is not just good, but brilliant, and above all, yours.
